Our most requested topic, this one-day class is

designed to help you create the best promotional

materials and use them to get your name and work

noticed. You will leave with a clear marketing strategy

and all the tools you need to create a recognizable brand and promote it

effectively. Taught by Pamela Corwin, artist and owner of Paper Scissors Rock,

and Manya Vee, jewelry designer and owner of Manya Vee Selects in Edmonds Washington.

Workshop will cover:

Your Business Image - What makes your business special and who is your buyer? Identify your customer and learn how to use your promotional materials to attract and interest them.

Creating a cohesive style for your promotional materials - Including how to create effective business cards, postcards, hang tags, and artist statements & more.

Building an effective website - (this is not a technical class) We will look at other artists websites and discuss what works and what doesn't in order to help you clarify your vision or fine tune the site you already have.

Web Marketing Tools - Creative ways to market your work for free or on the cheap, get reviewed in blogs, and maximize your exposure on the web without breaking the budget.
